Alexander Vedette

Though deft of blade and filled with the spirit of battle, the sword found Alexander in his teenage years. He spent all of his young life, from infancy to adolescence, incarcerated by the New World Order. Shortly after his birth on February the twenty-ninth, his father was arrested for supposed sedition against the NWO. When the soldiers raided their residence, they also took Alexander with them, for the joint purpose of obtaining the only male heir to the family name, and attempting to sever a deep bond between him and his female fraternal twin, Venice. They were unsuccessful in the latter purpose, however. As he grew up, he obtained a fierce hatred of the NWO, something that he shared with his intangible sister. In his teens, he finally met her during her surprise attempt to spring himself and his father from prison. Though he gained his freedom, their father was killed in the struggle. Furious that he spent his entire life held captive, just to see the one person he had ever loved murdered in cold blood, Alexander decided to dedicate his life to opposing the NWO, and joined the Alterran Legion alongside Venice. Since then, he has quickly risen though the ranks, befriending most of Alterra with his optimistic spirit and fondness of camaraderie and battle. A most talented warrior, he was the first to obtain and maintain the rank of Knight of the Oak, as well as being a prominent voice on the council. His greatest achievement to date is his being named Commander of the First legion, which caused his also being granted Castellanship over the Beta star, the rival of the Alpha star, of which Venice is Castellan. He has now become Weapons Master of Alterra as well as Elder of the High Conclave.
